Swimming forms are now fill-in forms. These can be completed online
then emailed to Ben as an attachment. If you prefer, you can print out,
complete and hand deliver to Ben. A check made out to "YMCA Cape Cod"
must accompany the registration form. A copy of the swimmer's Birth Certificate must also accompany the Registration form.
